Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed as nutcracker syndrome; 2. Preoperative left renal vein pressure measurement showed that the proximal and distal pressure difference was greater than 5mmHg; 3. Robot-assisted laparoscopic transfer of left renal vein and left genital vein or robot-assisted laparoscopic transfer of left renal vein; 4. complete and clear clinical and imaging data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous or current compression or displacement of large abdominal vessels due to abdominal mass or spinal deformity; 2. other abdominal macrovascular diseases; 3. Complicated with hematuria, proteinuria, lumbago and abdominal pain, scrotal pain, oligozoospermia or varicocele; 4. other diseases affecting renal vein hemodynamics, such as congenital vascular anomalies; 5. Patients had received any surgical treatment related to nutcracker syndrome or varicocele in the past 6 months.
