Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for confirmed LCH: All patients must have histopathological examination results from lesion biopsy, with immunohistochemical staining positive for CD1a and/or CD207 (i.e., Langerin), or the presence of Birbeck granules can be identified under electron microscopy. 2.Age < 18 years. 3.Standardized treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of LCH was not confirmed by biopsy, such as having typical pathological findings and positive CD1a and/or Langerin staining. 2.Patients who did not receive treatment at our hospital after the initial diagnosis of LCH, or who did not follow medical advice for standardized treatment. 3.Patients who were lost to follow-up.
