18 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria: age 18-44 years old; 2.diagnosed with dental and maxillofacial anomalies; 3.inpatients undergoing orthognathic surgery in our hospital; 4.state anxiety scale score > norm or body image disorder self-assessment scale score > 36; 5.conscious, able to communicate and cooperate normally and voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria: patients with secondary dental and maxillofacial anomalies caused by other factors; 2.patients with comorbid severe systemic diseases; 3.patients with a history of psychiatric disorders and orthognathic surgery; 4.and patients who were unconscious and unable to communicate normally.
