Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with CKD stage 3-4 renal anemia:history of chronic kidney disease,age between 18 and 70 years old, regardless of gender,30<=eGFR (CKD-EPI formula) <=59ml/ (min×1.73m2),8.0g/dL<=Hb<=11.0g/dL and Informed consent was obtained. 2.Healthy people: The clinical biochemical indexes of blood and urine samples are relatively normal,sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with CKD stage 3-4 renal anemia:age 70 years old,patients with hypersplenism, liver cirrhosis, hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases (SLE, Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis) or treated with hormones or immunosuppressants,patients with acute myocardial infarction, stroke or cerebrovascular accident in the past 3 months,patients with infection, malignant tumor, heart failure, gastrointestinal ulcer or bleeding, uncontrolled hypertension and other diseases,patients with dementia, schizophrenia, seizures and other mental disorders,patients requiring surgical treatment, pregnant or lactating patients, or patients with acute renal failure,patients with red blood cell or whole blood transfusion therapy or thrombosis/thromboembolic events within 12 weeks before enrollment,The expected survival was less than 12 months; 2.Healthy people: Have a family history of kidney disease;Have used glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, and other immunosuppressive drugs within 1 year; Have clinical manifestations such as hematuria, proteinuria, edema or renal dysfunction; Clinical infection symptoms appear 3 days before and after blood collection; After kidney transplantation, pregnancy, complicated with other kidney diseases or systemic diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, diabetes, allergic purpura, liver cirrhosis, etc.);
