Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with early-stage colorectal cancer who have been pathologically diagnosed or are to be pathologically confirmed; or advanced colorectal cancer, where the tumor grows within the cavity and the opportunity for surgery is lost; or advanced colorectal cancer, with a clear indication for surgery, and intended for surgical treatment; or local recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer, with a definite local tumor; 2. Patients have good compliance, can sign informed consent and are willing to cooperate with clinical trials; 3. Over 18 years old; 4. No serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient does not have legal capacity or limited legal capacity to sign informed consent; 2. The researcher judged that the compliance was not good and could not cooperate with the sample collection; 3. Any medical history that, in the judgment of the investigator, may interfere with the trial results or increase the risk to the patient.
