Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients diagnosed with intellectual disability registered in the region from 2000 to 2020 are included in this study, including those with comorbidities. 2.There are no gender restrictions. 3.Patients must have a birth date before January 1, 2020, i.e., they must be older than 4 years of age. 4.All participants must sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No brothers or sisters. 2. Born after January 1, 2020. 3. Address changes or multiple attempts to contact but still unable to establish communication. 4. Family members refuse to provide information or participate in the study.
