50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-80 years old, male or female; 2. Able to walk independently for at least 25 minutes without the need for assistive devices; 3. If the diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease is made, and the Hoehnand Yahr stage is in stage I-III, the PD patient group is included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases combined with other neurological pathologies (such as various types of dizziness, cerebrovascular diseases, traumatic brain injuries); 2. Major depressive disorder, bipolar or schizophrenia according to ICD 11 criteria; 3. Musculoskeletal diseases, visual impairment or eye diseases that affect smooth walking; 4. Clinically diagnosed with dementia or severe cognitive impairment (MMSE< 24 points); 5. History of previous treatments that may alter brain function (such as TMS, DBS, etc.); 6. Patients with severe PD tremor, essential tremor and other diseases that affect gait.
