Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Disease Group:Patients with acute aortic dissection confirmed by imaging modalities and intraoperative diagnosis, classified as Stanford type A aortic dissection, and within 14 days of symptom onset. Control Group:Patients with normal ascending aorta diameter undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting or aortic valve replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disease Group:Subacute and chronic aortic dissection; Complications with Marfan syndrome or connective tissue disorders Arteritis; Bicuspid aortic valve malformation; Isolated aortic aneurysm; Syphilis comorbidity Malignant tumor comorbidity; Relevant surgical history. Control Group:Patients with ascending aorta dilation; complicated with Marfan syndrome, connective tissue disease; Arteritis; aortic valve bicuspid valve malformation; other aortic diseases such as isolated aortic aneurysms; co-ordination with syphilis; concomitant malignancy; History of relevant surgery.
