Ultrasound guided suprascapular nerve radiofrequency group:Ultrasound guided suprascapular nerve pulse radiofrequency mode (42 degrees), 120 seconds/cycle, a total of two cycles.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with scapulohumeral periarthritis in Shaoxing second hospital and Zhuji Second People's Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. X-ray, ultrasound or MR examination showed shoulder fracture, dislocation and rotator cuff tear; 2. Shoulder joint trauma and surgical history; 3. Suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, tumor, tuberculosis or diabetes; 4. Severe bleeding, coagulation dysfunction or mental illness.
