Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type A aortic dissection preliminarily diagnosed by clinicians; 2. 18 years old< = age < 80 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the whole process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by consciousness disorders, limb defects, language expression disorders and comprehension disorders; 2. Caregivers do not want patients to participate in the investigation; 3. Combined with other serious diseases, such as heart failure, respiratory failure or malignant tumors; 4. Participating in other studies.
