Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3) (disease duration >= 3 months); 2.The total score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) is >= 8 points; 3.Sign the informed consent form and promise not to use any additional treatments during the study period; 4. Age 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary insomnia (such as depression, anxiety, sleep apnea syndrome, etc.); 2.Have received acupuncture and moxibustion, sleeping pills or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-I) in the past 4 weeks; 3.Coagulation dysfunction, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pregnant or lactating women; 4.Shift work or travel history across time zones in the past month.
