Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic special type of upper gastrointestinal fistula who received a new type of occluder in the gastroenterology Department of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital between September 1, 2020 and January 31, 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were followed up for less than 1 year or whose key clinical data were missing.
