Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty patients from Baiyun Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University who received elective PCNL were selected with ASA grade I-III, gender not limited, age over 60 years old, and body mass index less than 35Kg/m2, which were sufficient to cooperate with anesthesiologists to complete preoperative visit, intraoperative operation and postoperative follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic to the local anesthetics and general anesthesia drugs used, patients taking opioids for a long time, patients with coagulation disorders, patients infected at the puncture site, patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, patients requiring blood transfusion during treatment, patients suffering from mental illness, and patients with consciousness disorders who cannot cooperate.
