Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0; Hospital stay > 1 day; Positive evidence of a clear source of infection or bacterial culture; 2. Diagnostic criteria for hepatic damage in sepsis: bilirubin >34.2 µmol/L (2 mg/dL) and coagulation disorder with international normalized ratio (INR) >1.5.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Duration of hospitalization <=1 d; Chronic liver disease or acute onset of chronic liver dysfunction; Drug-induced liver injury; Obstructive jaundice; Liver cirrhosis; Suffering from acute or chronic infectious diseases; Chemoradiotherapy was performed within 3 months. Fatal trauma victim.
