Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: An intervention trial was conducted among all first-grade students in a consistent middle school (comprising both middle school and high school levels) in Fujian Province, using the random number method for stratified, whole-cluster randomization grouping by class, divided into 2 tiers of middle school year 1 and high school year 1 according to learning stage, with an intervention group and a control group in each tier, respectively. There were no exclusion criteria for the project, and all students who signed the informed consent form by themselves and their parents (guardians) were included in the study.
