Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=65 years; 2. ASA classification I-III 3. Those who can cooperate with transthoracic ultrasound; 4. Patients and their families understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 5. Elective endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia is planned.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade IV to V; 2.Ejection fraction (EF)< upon admission; 40%, acute active varicose bleeding; 3.Hepatic encephalopathy; 4.Neurological diseases such as alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease; 5.Peripheral hemorrhage shock; 6.Allergy to benzodiazepines or propofol; 7.Refused to sign the informed consent.
