Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for CKD patient population:1?Age between 18 and 80 years old; 2?Meeting the diagnostic criteria for CKD according to the KDIGO guidelines of the National Kidney Foundation: chronic kidney damage or dysfunction of various causes, lasting for more than 3 months, with or without eGFR less than 60 ml/min/1.73m² for at least 3 months;3? Complete medical history records;4? Voluntary participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form. 2.Inclusion criteria for individuals with normal kidney function: 1?Age between 18 and 80 years old;2? eGFR >= 90 ml/min/1.73m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for CKD patient population: 1?Age less than 18 years old or greater than 80 years old;2?GFR>=60ml/min;3?Significant heart, liver, lung, or other severe organ diseases, malignant tumors, severe infections, autoimmune diseases, etc., that may affect the detection results of blood and urine markers;4?Acute kidney injury within the recent period (within 3 months), defined as an increase in serum creatinine by =0.3 mg/dl or =50% above the baseline value, and not yet returned to a stable condition;5? Incomplete medical history records;6? Unwilling to participate in this study or unable to sign the informed consent form. 2.Exclusion criteria for individuals with normal kidney function: 1?Age less than 18 years old or greater than 80 years old;2? Significant heart, liver, lung, or other severe organ diseases, malignant tumors, severe infections, autoimmune diseases, etc., that may affect the detection results of blood and urine markers;3?Incomplete medical history records;4?Unwilling to participate in this study or unable to sign the informed consent form.
