Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-75 years old; 2. Patients with first stroke, the course of the disease is within one year; 3. Cognitive function MMSE>=24 points; 4. Patients who can independently complete the sitting balance, stand for 30 seconds or more, and walk at least 10 meters without the help of therapists or nursing staff; 5. Informed consent of patients and their families;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental abnormalities or cognitive disorders; 2. Patients with aphasia; 3. Patients with heart disease (or equipped with a pacemaker), malignant tumors or tuberculosis; 4. Other diseases that seriously affect the sensation or movement of the trunk and lower limbs, such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, lumbar disc herniation, etc.; 5. Patients with other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's, epilepsy, vestibular dysfunction);
