Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed cases: patients with a pathologically confirmed diagnosis of liposarcoma or a liposarcoma cell line. 2.Adequate tissue samples: have sufficient amount of liposarcoma tissue or cells to be able to meet the needs of the experimental analysis. 3.Complete clinical information: cell line source information is complete, and tissue samples provide complete clinical information, including age, gender, disease duration, and treatment regimen. 4.No relevant interventions: no antitumor treatment (e.g., radiotherapy or chemotherapy) that might affect the experimental results prior to sample collection, and no contamination of the cell line. 5.Informed consent: subjects providing tissue samples volunteered to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other disease interference: comorbidities with other types of malignant tumors or severe chronic diseases (e.g., severe infections, autoimmune diseases, etc.). 2.Low quality of tissue samples or cell lines: insufficient sample volume or substandard quality for experimental testing. 3.Recent intervention: radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other targeted therapy within 6 months prior to sample collection. 4.Drug interference: recent use of drugs (e.g., immunosuppressants) that may affect macrophage function or the mTOR signaling pathway. 5.Special conditions: pregnant or breastfeeding patients, or those with mental illnesses that prevent them from cooperating with the experiment.

In the M1 - induced group, iNOS may upregulate and CD206 may downregulate, opposite in the M2 - induced group, with the control group at basal levels.;Liposarcoma cell proliferation rate: lower or higher in the intervention group compared to the control group (as judged by the specific intervention).;The intervention group was shortened or extended compared with the control group.;The intervention group had fewer or more than the control group.;Altered protein expression and phosphorylation status of p - mTOR, mTOR, etc. in the intervention group.;
