Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years old. 2.Systolic blood pressure 90 mmHg and signs of hypoperfusion (altered mental status, cold extremities, oliguria 2 mmol/L).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Duration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation > 30 minutes 2.Severe cerebral dysfunction 3.Age > 18 years old 4.Shock due to other causes (septic shock and hemorrhagic shock).
