Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain course >=3 months; 2. VAS score> 4 points; 3. Physical examination, CT, colonoscopy, MRI and other examinations to exclude organic lesions of perineum, pelvis and lumbosacral vertebrae; 4. Oral analgesics and conservative treatment for more than 4 weeks, and the effect is not good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other contraindications to interventional surgery (abnormal coagulation, local infection, inability to tolerate surgery); 2. Failure to complete follow-up for various reasons.
