Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 65 years and older. 2.Diagnosis of probable sarcopenic dysphagia by diagnostic algorithm for sarcopenic dysphagia. 3.No regular exercise routine for the past three months (Regular exercise is defined as at least 20 minutes of vigorous exercise on at least three days a week, or at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise on at least five days a week). 4.Individuals with no cognitive impairment, as assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), can follow exercise and assessment commands. A score below 18 indicates cognitive impairment, which will result in exclusion from the study. 5.Volunteer to participate in the study, complete the intervention and sign the informed consent as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Having severe cardiopulmonary disease, such as myocardial infarction or unstable angina, and are unable to exercise. 2.With high-risk factors for exercise such as uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure (SBP) > 150 / diastolic blood pressure (DBP) > 90 mmHg) and deep venous thrombosis. 3.With musculoskeletal or neuromuscular injuries that prevent athletic training. 4.Participants with other diseases whose doctors do not recommend participation in this study. 5.Did not sign the informed consent form.
