Oliceridine Group (O Group):In the Oliceridine group (O group), patients received intravenous slow administration of oliceridine at 0.02 mg/kg. Propofol (1.5–2.5 mg/kg) was administered according t
Sufentanil Group (S Group):In the control group (S group), oliceridine was replaced with an intravenous bolus of sufentanil at 0.1 µg/kg, while all other procedures remained identical to the O group.

18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–64 years; 2. ASA classification I–III; 3. BMI 18.5–28.0 kg/m²; 4. Voluntary participation & signed informed consent 5. Able to cooperate with medical personnel.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy or contraindications to study drugs; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, or anemia; 3. Contraindications to general anesthesia; 4. Severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or respiratory diseases; 5.Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 6. Long-term opioid or benzodiazepine use; 7. Severe vertigo.
