18 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old and <=69 years old; 2. ASA Class I-III; 3. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia and have simple intravenous PCA analgesia after surgery; 4. Obtain informed consent of the patient;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of opioid and psychotropic substance abuse; 2. People with related drugs allergies; 3. People with unstable vital signs or postoperative delivery to ICU; 4. Those with severe liver and renal dysfunction; 5. People with severe mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction and other diseases; 6. Unable to obtain informed consent or authorization; 7. Those who use sedation, analgesic and nonsteroidal drugs in the past one month;
