Interventions
Etomidate group:The patient was injected with 0.3 mg/kg etomigrin within one minute
Remimazolam group:7 mg is given and the injection is completed within one minute.
Remimazolam Etomibe group 1:Reimazolam 2 mg and etomigrin 0.2 mg/kg were given
Remimazolam Etomigrin group 2:Reimazolam 5 mg and etomigrin 0.2 mg/kg were given

18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years with ASA grade I-II undergoing elective painless gastroscopy examination. Patients and their families are willing to accept the survey contents involved in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status III, IV, and V; allergy to the drugs used in the study; pregnant or lactating females; adrenocortical function inhibition; psychosis; difficult airways; sleep apnea syndrome; opioid abuse; severe organ dysfunction. The patients received some sedatives or analgesics 4 weeks before the operation.
