Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with forward head posture (FHP), having a craniovertebral angle (CVA) <= 53°, a cranial rotation angle (CRA) greater than 143°, and no symptoms of neck pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have experienced or are experiencing one of the following: 2. History of traumatic neck injury 3. Inflammatory joint diseases 4. Spinal infections 5. Severe osteoporosis 6. Cervical disc herniation 7. Nerve root occlusion
