Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=65 years with a diagnosis of hypertension (SBP>=140 mmHg and/or DBP>=90 mmHg). 2. ASA grade II-III, elective surgery was performed under laryngeal mask anesthesia. 3. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac, liver and renal insufficiency (eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m^2). 2. History of opioid allergy or abuse. 3. Emergency surgery or abnormal airway anatomy.
