Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the longevity of the elderly: The longevity of the elderly refers to the healthy and long-lived elderly, aged >= 90 years old, still alive, without cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumors and other major diseases, and gender is not limited. Have lived in Hong Kong for at least 1 year. Inclusion criteria for the general population of local natural aging: older than 40 years old and less than 80 years old, still alive, no major diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cognitive dysfunction, tumors, etc., and gender is not limited. Have lived locally for at least 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are lost to follow-up, die or do not cooperate; Do not agree to enroll in this research project.
