Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with schizophrenia meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the Revised Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5); 2. The age of onset was 18-60 years old, and both the patient and his biological parents were Han Chinese; 3. Vital signs (body temperature, respiration, blood pressure, pulse) and routine examinations (blood routine, liver and kidney function) are within the normal range; 4. Not taking antipsychotic drugs; 5. Obtain the written informed consent of the patient, if the patient is incapacitated during the period of illness, obtain the written informed consent of his/her legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Schizoaffective disorder, mood disorder, mental retardation, generalized developmental disorder, delirium, dementia, memory impairment, or other cognitive impairment meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 2. suffering from serious and unstable physical diseases; 3. Diagnosed diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension, heart disease, etc.; 4. The patient has a history of epilepsy, head trauma, neurological diseases, etc. The patient's EEG showed epileptic waves, diabetes and hypothyroidism, and has a history of electroconvulsive therapy; 5. Patients who had used antipsychotic long-acting preparations within the previous treatment interval were included; 6. Serious suicide attempts, or severe agitation; 7. Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant; 8. There are obvious abnormal laboratory test results; 9. Present behavior of substance or drug abuse.
