Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The case group was from patients diagnosed in the Department of Psychiatry or Clinical Psychology of Jinjiang Third Hospital from July 2024 to December 2024, and the healthy control group was from the children of employees and volunteers of the hospital, and physical diseases, history of psychoactive substance abuse, mental illness and family history were excluded. Case group: 1. Diagnosed by two or more attending psychiatrists according to the criteria of the International Classification of Diseases, 10th RevisionICD-10) as behavioral and emotional disorders or emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression usually onset in childhood and adolescence; 2.24-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24), 35 severe depression;17-item Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA-17), total score =30 severe anxiety; 3.All the subjects had normal listening and speech skills and could cooperate to complete the tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of mental disorders caused by organic diseases of the nervous system and physical diseases, bipolar affective disorder, schizophrenia and other severe mental disorders, received electroconvulsive therapy in the past 6 months, having taken antibiotics, hormones and psychiatric drugs in the past 30 days, and female patients who are or pregnant.
