41 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 41-78 years old, no contraindications for surgery, all underwent single port thoracoscopic lobectomy surgery; 2. 1 week prior to admission without anti infective treatment; 3. Complete clinical case information and data; 4. All patients provided informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age78 years old; 2. Complicated with obstructive pneumonia, bronchial asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, COPD, HIV, diabetes, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and other diseases that may affect the characteristics of the microbiome; 3. The specimen is contaminated or the aseptic operation is not standardized; 4. The clinical information data is incomplete.
