Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Retrospective study: (1) Those who had complete physical examination data from 2023 to June 2024 ;(2) Age>= 18 years old ; 2.Cross-sectional study (1)From July 2024 to December 2025, those who received thyroid function tests in multiple health management (physical examination) institutions across the country and agreed to participate in the questionnaire survey (2) Age>= 18 years old ;(3) signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Retrospective study: (1). Those with incomplete physical examination data;(2). Those who have participated in and completed this study during the study period;(3)and will no longer enter this study if they undergo thyroid function tests again; 2. Cross-sectional study: (1) Those with incomplete physical examination data ;(2) Those who have physical examination during pregnancy; (3) Other situations that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in this study;
