Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Residents who participated in physical examination in Changshou Street Community Health Service Center of Putuo District, Shanghai; 2.Age >=65 years old; 3.Voluntarily and agree to participate in the investigation, have the ability to communicate, and be sane and clear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Can not communicate normally, consciousness disorder; 2.Refuse to participate in the investigation; 3.Incomplete survey and incomplete data.
