Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: Clinical diagnosis of keratoconus according to the Global Consensus on Keratoconus and Corneal Ectasia Disorders. Inclusion Criteria: The normal control group is required to be 18 years of age and above, without any eye disease (except refractive error), no history of ocular surgery and trauma. The keratoconus group requires 18 years of age and older, and eligible for a keratoconus diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Poor ocular fixation, systemic disease affecting the eye, such as collagen disease; contact lens wearers (except stop wearing for more than 24 hours).
