Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Insomnia in Adults (2017 Edition), that is, the presence of one or more of the symptoms of difficulty falling asleep (sleep onset latency >30 minutes), sleep maintenance disorder (awakening >= 2 times throughout the night), early awakening, decreased sleep quality, and decreased total sleep time (usually less than 6.5 hours), and occur at least 3 times a week for more than 3 months; 3. Signed informed consent with the patient or his/her family;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, severe arrhythmia, stroke, etc.), liver and kidney insufficiency, endocrine system diseases (such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, etc.), severe physical diseases; 2. Those who are allergic to local anesthetics; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function and infection at the puncture site; 4. Patients with cognitive dysfunction and cognitive dysfunction; 5. Those who have poor compliance and are unable to complete the study content and information collection;
