Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage III-IV periodontitis; 2. Patients with chronic kidney disease (stages 3-5); 3. Remaining teeth >= 20 (with more than 10 pairs of functional teeth); 4. At least one or more teeth with looseness of degree II or III are present; 5. Patient age >= 18 years old and <= 85 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Edentulous patients; 2. Patients with malignancy; 3. Patients who need to frequently change their place of residence due to work or family reasons; 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials;
