Interventions

Control group:Conventional total intravenous anesthesia.
Experimental group 1:Remimazolam 0.6 mg / kg / h was pumped 10 minutes before induction of general anesthesia. After successful induction, the infusion rate of remimazolam was adjusted to 0.3 mg / kg
Experimental group 2:After successful induction of general anesthesia, the patient was placed in a lateral position, and 0.375 % ropivacaine 30 ml was injected into the T5 transverse process under ult
Experimental group 3:Remimazolam 0.6 mg / kg / h was pumped 10 minutes before induction of general anesthesia. After successful induction, the infusion rate of remimazolam was adjusted to 0.3 mg / kg
Experimental group 3:After successful induction of general anesthesia, the patient was placed in a lateral position, and 0.375 % ropivacaine 30 ml was injected into the T5 transverse process under ult
