Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thyroid cancer patients scheduled for total thyroidectomy under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation, aged 18–65 years, ASA I–II. Preoperative liver function, kidney function, cardiac examination, and pulmonary examination are generally normal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, or metabolic diseases; heart rate 160 mmHg) or hypotension (SBP <90 mmHg); allergy to Oseltamivir Fumarate Injection.
