Robot-assisted walking training group:Robot-assisted gait training
Breathing training group:Breathing training was set to be 30 minutes per intervention, three times a week for 6 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral palsy; 2. GMFCS level III-V; 3. Weigh no more than 70kg; 4. Height between 86cm and 148cm; 5. Parents or legal guardians are able to cooperate with the study and sign a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe lower limb contractures 2. The skin lesions of the lower limbs are not healed 3. Suffering from other serious diseases, such as congenital heart disease, severe respiratory tract infection, persistent patent ductus arteriosus, congenital diaphragmatic hernia and other lung malformations, uncontrolled epilepsy, hereditary metabolic diseases or serious skeletal system diseases, etc. 4. Have received botulinum toxin injections within the past 6 months or are ready to receive botulinum toxin injections during the trial. 5. Underwent tendon lengthening, selective dorsal rhizotomy or intrathecal baclofen surgery in the past 12 months.
