Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to electively undergo transverse abdominal wall incision under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 2. Healthy singleton, full-term (gestational >=37 weeks); 3. ASA Grading I or II; 4. Age 18-45 years old; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in the test and sign the informed consent form; 6. Willing to breastfeed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI >=40kg/m^2 ; 2. Contraindications to neuraxial puncture; 3. Use of antipsychotic or hypnotic drugs, alcohol, or drug abuse; 4. Severe pregnancy complications (gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, heart disease, complete placenta previa, placental abruption, preeclampsia); 5. Allergies, intolerances, or contraindications to the drugs used in the study; 6. Known fetal malformations; 7. Long-term use of opioids or psychotropic drugs; 8. Is using other analgesic medications; 9. There are contraindications to breastfeeding.
