Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 12-18 years old; 2.In the past year, the ankle joint has been repeatedly sprained 2 times or more, and the latest sprain distance study is greater than or equal to 1 month, and the ankle joint has a sense of loss of control in functional activities; 3.The Cumberland Ankle Instability Scale (CAIT) score is less than or equal to 24 points; 4. Those who have good compliance and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. poor compliance; Persons who are unable to contact or complete follow-up; 2. Those who have cognitive dysfunction, mental disorders caused by various reasons, and are taking antipsychotic drugs; 3.History of fractures or surgery on both lower limbs.
