Interventions

control group:Take routine nursing intervention.

intervention group:On the basis of routine nursing intervention, the EVD nursing quality evaluation index system was applied.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with external ventricular drainage; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3. Hospitalization for more than 3 days after EVD surgery; 4. Complete clinical data and surgical records; 5. Informed consent of family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. EVD-related complications had occurred before enrollment; 2. Patients with persistent deep coma; 3. Complicated with severe organ dysfunction; 4. Withdrawal from the study due to death or transfer to another hospital; 5. Patients with missing clinical data.
