Conditions

Bladder cancer is a serious threat to human health due to its high incidence, prevalence, recurrence and mortality. Radical cystectomy + pelvic lymph node dissection + urinary diversion is the standard treatment for muscle invasive bladder cancer. However, patients need to wear an ostomy bag for life after urinary diversion surgery, so they face many challenges such as stoma-related complications

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with primary bladder cancer, pathologically confirmed as muscle invasive bladder cancer, and radical cystectomy + uncontrolled urinary diversion performed; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Those who are conscious and have good communication skills and can complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are delirious and unable to communicate on their own with mental illnesses; 2.Patients with a combination of severe end-stage diseases of the heart, liver, brain, lungs, or other serious chronic diseases; 3.Patients with serious postoperative complications such as enterocutaneous fistula, sepsis, and intestinal obstruction;
