Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old. 2. Patients undergoing abdominal surgery in the ICU of Peking University People's Hospital from December 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023. 3. Patients with no lung infection or related lung disease as demonstrated by preoperative X-ray or CT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary infection or other pulmonary diseases before operation. 2. Under the age of 18.
