65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=65 years; 2. Surgical patients undergoing general anesthesia; 3. Patients with an expected operation duration greater than 2 hours; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to complete cognitive function assessment; 2.Illiteracy, hearing impairment or visual impairment; 3.History of mental and neurological disorders such as epilepsy, depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer's disease. 4.Undertaking neurosurgical surgery; 5.Confirmed/suspected abuse or long-term use of anesthetic sedatives and analgesics; 6.Critical illness status (ASA IV or above), severe liver and kidney disease (Child Pugh grade C or preoperative dialysis patients).
