Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged from 18 to 65 years;  2.Receiving their first KT with regular follow-ups at West China Hospital;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of autoimmune diseases; 2.ABO incompatibility for transplantation; 3.History of severe underlying disease or chronic infection, such as tumor, tuberculosis;;
