Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > = 65 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~IV; 3. Surgical treatment under general anesthesia; 4. Estimated operation time >= 2 h 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Outpatient surgery or day surgery (expected hospital stay of less than 48 hours); 2. Have a history of psychiatric or neurological disorders (including depression, severe central nervous system depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy and Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease); 3. Preoperative use of antipsychotic drugs or opioids 4. Have a significant impairment, such as blindness, severe deafness, or dementia, that may preclude cognitive testing; 5. Participate in other research projects
