Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for premature infants: 1. Premature infants admitted to NICU; 2. Fetal age <37 weeks; 3. Parents have a junior high school education or above; 4. Hospitalization time is greater than 3 days; Inclusion criteria for caregivers of premature infant: 1. Members within the family who are responsible for primary care tasks; 2. 18 years old <= age <60 years old; 3. No cognitive or language communication barriers; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 5. Have basic reading and writing abilities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inclusion and exclusion criteria for premature infants: 1. Delayed intrauterine development in premature infants; 2. Premature infants with severe malformations or genetic metabolic disorders; 3. Performing various surgical treatments during the neonatal period; 4. Unplanned discharge, transfer, transfer or death of premature infants; Exclusion criteria for caregivers of premature infants: 1.Premature mothers experience serious complications during hospitalization; 2. Caregivers suffer from severe organ diseases such as heart, brain, lungs, and kidneys; 3. Those who voluntarily request to withdraw; 4. Suffering from organic mental disorders; 5. Lost contact during follow-up.
