Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke (including intracerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction) established by the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995, confirmed by head CT or MRI, with a disease duration of 1 month to 12 months; 2.Clinical symptoms manifest as urinary frequency, urgency, and incontinence; 3.Normal urinary function before the stroke, with urinary dysfunction occurring only after the stroke; 4.Patient age >= 30 years, with no gender restrictions; 5.No progressive stroke symptoms, with stable vital signs; 6.No medications for lower urinary tract dysfunction have been taken within the past 2 weeks. 7.Relatively intact cognitive function, with MMSE >= 17 or MOCA >= 24 points; 8.Able to follow the clinical treatment plan and sign the informed consent form for participants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had urinary dysfunction before the stroke; 2.Patients with increased intracranial pressure; 3.Patients with severe underlying diseases; 4.Patients who require large-volume fluid replacement or use of drugs that affect urinary conditions during treatment; 5.Patients with metal implants in the body; 6.Patients with cochlear implants; 7.Participants deemed unsuitable for this trial by the investigator or those who withdraw from the study voluntarily.
