Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for neck surgery in the whole hospital 2. ASA classification of I to III 3. Expected survival time >= 12 months 4. Approved by the ethics committee and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery patients 2. The patient has severe cardiac, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency 3. Mental illness before surgery 4. The patient has severe audio-visual dysfunction or communication difficulties 5. Patients cannot complete the cognitive function measurement from 1 to 12 months after surgery Patients who have participated in other related clinical studies within 6 or 3 months
